Your clean laundry is neatly packed and delivered back to you ready to use, saving you time and effort.
We charge per pound and the price varies. We process the payment at the time of pickup.

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, Apple Pay Cash App etc... The payment is due during the pickup.
Check all pockets before pickup. The First Family LLC is not responsible for items left in pockets. Customers should identify any delicate specialty or high-value garments prior to service. Items that require special handling should be placed in a separate bag or clearly communicated during pickup.
While we do our best to treat stains, complete stain removal cannot always be guaranteed. Certain fabrics may shrink or fade during normal washing and drying process. The First Family LLC is not responsible for damage caused by normal laundry of items with pre-existing wear or manufacturer defects.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability for damaged items is committed to the fair market value of the item and not replacement value.
* Pickup Scheduling
Pick up times as scheduled based on availability within your service area. Customers may request a preferred pickup days and times dUring pick up.
* Delivery Time
Laundry is typically return within 24 hours unless discuss otherwise.
* Schedule Changes
If a pickup or delivery time needs to be adjusted, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and reschedule at the next available time.
* Missed Pickup
If laundry is not available at the schedule pickup time, the order maybe moved to the next available service window.
* Payment Processing
Unless discussed otherwise payments is collected upon pickup. If payment cannot be processed, pickup may be rescheduled based on company availability.
